Stephanie Dunne is a longtime foodie and problem solver who became a Registered Dietitian because she loves food. She loves eating it, cooking it and sharing it. She also loves the science of how food works in the body and the amazing opportunity we all have to use food to improve our health. Stephanie's mission is to change the world by helping people improve their own relationship with food.
She believes this will happen when people receive, consume, interpret and utilize nutrition-related information in an efficient and effective way. By teaching people how to apply science-based nutrition information that works with their own physiology, preferences and lifestyle, she intends to improve the quality of life for all of us, as individuals, families and communities.
When she's not talking or writing about food and nutrition, Stephanie loves to travel and play around with photography. After all, what better way to try new foods and have a record of the most amazing dishes ever eaten?
